List Bulk Import from Bamboo Solutions allows users to migrate data, documents, and pictures into SharePoint from legacy databases, spreadsheets, local/network file shares, and, finally, Lists and Libraries from SharePoint 2007, SharePoint 2010, SharePoint 2013, or SharePoint Online (part of Microsoft’s Office 365 online hosting solution for all four current SharePoint platforms: 2007, 2010, 2013, and SharePoint Online). As the final part four of our four-part series, this article will show you how to map Modified, Modified by, Created, and Created by columns for Library types.
With previous versions of List Bulk Import, when users imported data for the Library list type, List Bulk Import did not provide support for mapping Created, Created By, Modified, and Modified by columns:
As well, in those previous versions, List Bulk Import could only map for Name and Title columns. This was a known limitation of Bulk Import:
Now, with List Bulk Import 3.0, you can map data for Created, Created By, Modified, and Modified by columns for Library types:
