HW77 Quick Add for SharePoint 2010 Release 1.0.29

Initial Release

Features:

•    Quickly create any number of items in a list at once simply typing or copying values into a text field.
•    Entered values automatically map to required fields when the items are created.
•    An unlimited number of items can be created at once, or a maximum number of items can be defined.
•    Works with most list types, including Task Lists, Announcement Lists, Calendars, Contact Lists, Discussion Boards, Custom Lists, and more.

Known Issues:

•    When using IE8, an unnecessary horizontal scrollbar may appear in some confirmation windows.
•    When using the Web Part to add items to a different site collection, security validation can cause the creation to fail.
This can be fixed going to Central Administration>Application Management, selecting a Web Application where the Quick Add Web Part is deployed, then going to General Settings, and changing security validation to “Off” in the ribbon.
•    Only one instance of the Quick Add Web Part can currently be used on a single page.

Limitations:
