Essentials Plus Suite for SharePoint 2010 was released to Bamboo’s storefront this week along with patch releases for the following products: Rating Column, Custom Identifier Column, and Password Reset Web Part. More details about the new releases can be found below.

Updates:
- The Bamboo Custom Identifier Column feature settings have been moved from Site Collection Features to Central Administration>Manage Farm Features.
Bug Fixes:
- Adjusting duplicate values of the ID column does not get the best result.
- Users can still create new columns after the Custom Identifier Column feature is deactivated.
Note: The iisreset command must be run on each WFE of the Farm after activating/deactivating the feature in Central Administration.

Bug Fixes:
- In some cases, attempting to reset a password results in the error “There was an error sending the Reset Password e-mail. Please contact your system administrator …”
- License errors may appear sporadically when refreshing a page after multiple IIS resets.
