This Week in Bamboo (December 29th, 2013 – January 4th, 2014)

At Bamboo this week, we resolved some bugs and released the following patches to the storefront: Tree View Web Part, Validator Column and User Registration Accelerator.  More details about the patches can be found below.

HW03 Tree View Web Part for SharePoint 2010 Release 1.7.86

Bug Fixes:
 
• The following error is displayed from the Web Part: “Object reference not set to an instance of an object…”, when a custom document template is used.
• Tree View Web Part auto refreshes the entire page when a folder is opened.

HW41E Validator Column for SharePoint 2010 Release 1.3.28

Bug Fixes:
 
• Project Management Central sites may display an error message when the Bamboo Validator feature is activated for a Site Collection.

SA07 User Registration Accelerator for SharePoint 2013 Release 1.3.39.2013

Bug Fixes:
 
• No error message is shown when a user attempts to create an account with the same user name as an existing account in AD.
• After an account is created, some fields, including display name, telephone number, and address, are not transferred to AD.
