Bug Fixes:

- In a site configured for Anonymous Access, anonymous users cannot see images stored in a folder in the KB Picture Library.

HW05 Alert Plus for SharePoint 2007
New Features:
- Provides the ability for alerts to start workflows, including Bamboo Workflow Conductor and SharePoint Designer workflows.
- Includes sample manual installation/uninstallation script in the “misc” folder of the installation package.
- In the alert item CAML filter, decimal values are now supported when using the addValue tag with “Today”. For example, <Value Type=”DateTime” IncludeTimeValue=”TRUE”><Today /><addValue value=”0.0208″ /></Value> will be true if the item is overdue 30 minutes.
Bug Fixes:
- When using a View filter for alerting on Document Libraries. Certain views will not include the full path for FolderPathName in the email message body.
- Switching “How often are emails sent?” between “Custom Schedule” and “As Soon As Possible” and then saving the alert job displays the error: “The following errors were found on the Event Tab: Select one or more days to send alerts.”
- Lithuanian characters in the alert message body do not display properly.
- If an alert job is configured with “How often are emails sent?” set to “Custom Schedule,” and the interval type is set to “Minutes” with no value. The following error is displayed when the job is saved: “SaveData:: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.”
- When “Custom Schedule” is selected for “How often are e-mails sent?”. Duplicate alert messages are sent based on the number of Web front-end (WFE) servers in the SharePoint Farm.
- If the Recipient tab is configured with the option “Lookup an E-mail Address in another List (Advanced)”. An error message may be displayed if the Linked List Column and Alert List Column types do not match.
- In certain cases, when the option “Combine multiple alerts into summary notification” is selected. Only the first two items are included in the summary email, even if there are more than two items to be alerted on.
- If the URL of the alert list contains a hyphen (-), Alert Plus will return an error that the site cannot be found. To resolve this issue, copy the existing alert job and delete the original alert job.
- If the currently logged-in user has an internal ID of 32678 or greater, and the Recipient tab is configured with the “Send to me” option, an error message is displayed.
- Custom column types that inherit the People and Group column type are not displayed in the alert message body.
- No data is displayed for Bamboo Lookup Selector columns in the alert message body if “Allow multiple values” is enabled in the Bamboo Lookup Selector settings.
- If the user included a Multiple Lines of Text column in the message body and it included a line break, the symbol  is displayed for each line break.
- In certain cases, when the option “Combine multiple alerts into summary notification” is selected. The alert job may not start because the Timer Job was not created.
- Incorrect alert items may be returned from an alert list when filtering date if the alert list is a List Rollup Schema. To resolve this issue, upgrade to List Rollup version 5.0.134 or higher.
- In certain cases, when upgrading from release 3.0 to release 3.1, the error “Index was outside the bounds of the array” may be displayed.
- Alert messages may include email header information in the message body starting with “; charset=utf-8”.
- Alert Plus does not correctly handle SharePoint lists that contain a character with an umlaut.
- Alerts are not sent when new discussion board threads are created in the Discussion Board list configured in the alert.
- When an alert job is configured for the ‘Pages’ library and the {Rollup Image} column token is used in the Mail Format message body, the incorrect URL is displayed in the alert message.
Additional Notes:
- If an alert job in Alert Plus is connected to Bamboo List Rollup Web Part. It is recommended that List Rollup Web Part version 5.0.134 or later be installed.

HW24 List Rollup Web Part for SharePoint 2007 (5.0.134) and SharePoint 2010 (5.0.144):
Bug Fixes:
- List Rollup – Classic Edition: For certain list types, the Time for columns of type ‘Date and Time’ displays 12:00 AM even if it is configured with a different timestamp.
- List Rollup Grid View Web Part: When connected to a List Rollup Schema that includes expanded events from a list of type Calendar. The user will receive the error ‘BindDataForControl::String was not recognized as a valid DateTime’.
