HW11A List Search Simple Web Part Release 2.1.39 (SharePoint 20007) & Release 2.1.42 (SharePoint 2010)  NOTE: Both releases share the same release notes:

Bug Fixes:

  • In some cases, when upgrading from an earlier version of List Search Simple Web Part to Release 2.1, customers will receive the error: Render WebPart:System.ApplicationException: System.FormatException

 

HW05 Alert Plus Release 3.1.29 (SharePoint 2007):

Bug Fixes:

  • Alert Plus was incorrectly writing to Bamboo log files. All Bamboo Solutions products log to the same file called bsc_bamboo_{PID}.log stored on the SharePoint Web Front End (WFE) server. To locate this file, on the SharePoint WFE server, go to Start -> Run and enter %windir%tempBambooSolutions.

 

HW41AB Bamboo Lookup Selector for SharePoint 2007 (Release 1.3.28) & SharePoint 2010 (2.3.22)  NOTE: Both releases share the same release notes:

 New Features:

  • SharePoint list and library views can be sorted and/or grouped Bamboo Lookup Selector. NOTE: This feature is disabled if the “Allow Multiple Selections” option is enabled.

Bug Fixes:

  • If a document library includes a Bamboo Lookup Selector, when a user modifies a document (.docx only) in Microsoft Word, metadata is cleared from columns of type: Multiple Lines of Text. NOTE 1: After upgrading Bamboo Lookup Selector, please go to Library Settings, open the settings for the columns of type: Bamboo Lookup Selector, and click Save (no actual changes to settings required). NOTE 2: This release only fixes the clearing of other metadata.
  • Bamboo Lookup Selector values cannot be updated through the Document Information Panel in Microsoft Office. Values from Bamboo Lookup Selector display the parsing characters #; in email notifications sent from the Bamboo Solutions product Alert Plus. If user experiences this issue, upgrade Alert Plus to release 3.2 or higher.

 

HW41J Bamboo KPI Column for SharePoint 2007 (Release 1.3.46) & SharePoint 2010 (1.3.38) – Both releases share the same release notes:

Bug Fixes:

  • Bamboo KPI Column was incorrectly writing to Bamboo log files. All Bamboo Solutions products log to the same file called bsc_bamboo_{PID} stored on the SharePoint Web Front End (WFE) server. To locate this file, on the SharePoint WFE server, go to Start -> Run and enter %windir%tempBambooSolutions. This is a list of all Bamboo log files.

 

HW14 Group Email Web Part for SharePoint 2007 (Release 1.7.11) & SharePoint 2010 (1.7.24):

SharePoint 2007 Bug Fixes:

  • When connecting Group Email Web Part to a list of type: Contacts, the selected list view is not filtering the email addresses emails are sent to.
  • Group Email Web Part was incorrectly writing to Bamboo log files. All Bamboo Solutions products log to the same file called bsc_bamboo_{PID} stored on the SharePoint Web Front End (WFE) server. To locate this file, on the SharePoint WFE server, go to Start -> Run and enter %windir%tempBambooSolutions. This is a list of all Bamboo log files.

SharePoint 2010 Bug Fixes:

  • When connecting Group Email Web Part to a list of type: Contacts, the selected list view is not filtering the email addresses emails are sent to.
  • If Group Email Web Part resides on the same page as a List View Web Part, when a user opens an item in the pop-up display form that contains a column of type: Multiple Lines of Text (Rich Text), the user will receive a JavaScript error.
