Bamboo Solutions: 2025 Year in Review & A Look Ahead to 2026
As we close out 2025, I want to take a moment to reflect on a year that tested us in unexpected ways—and in doing so, revealed the strength, adaptability, and perseverance of the Bamboo Solutions team.
This year brought no shortage of challenges. With DOGE making its way through our Federal accounts, our ability to operate freely in that sector was significantly constrained. Adding to that, the government shutdown created another major headwind, slowing or halting many of the Federal programs we support. New business opportunities in the Federal space were nearly impossible to pursue. And yet, in the face of these obstacles, our team stayed focused on what matters most: serving our customers and positioning Bamboo for long-term success.
Despite the headwinds, we finish 2025 stronger and more prepared than ever for what’s ahead.
Commercial Services: A Year of Rebuilding and Refocusing
Our Commercial Services team embraced 2025 as a rebuilding year. We intentionally shifted our energy toward low-code solutions, harnessing the power of the Microsoft Power Platform to help customers automate processes, enhance productivity, and modernize their digital workplaces.
Key outcomes from 2025 include:
- Over 50 Power Platform projects successfully delivered
- Growing adoption across our commercial customer base
- Renewed momentum heading into 2026
AI played a significant role this year as well. While the initial rush of inquiries around AI and Microsoft Copilot was intense, actual customer rollout has been slower than expected. Still, our team is fully prepared to support clients as Copilot adoption accelerates—from readiness assessments to governance to building AI-driven solutions.
Products & Support: Excellence, Responsiveness, and Innovation
Our Products and Support teams delivered exceptional results throughout 2025.
- Average support ticket response time: under 30 minutes
- Customer satisfaction: higher than ever
- Continued enhancement of our catalog of 25+ SharePoint Online products
- Expansion of our flexible subscription program for easier onboarding and scalability
These achievements reflect the commitment and professionalism our team brings to supporting customers every day.
Looking Ahead: What’s Coming in 2026
We’ve positioned ourselves well for 2026, and the upcoming year is set to bring major advancements across our product line and services.
Planned initiatives include:
- Alert Plus, our enterprise-grade replacement for retiring SharePoint Alerts
- A full modernization and visual rebuild of Calendar Plus
- Continued improvements to our subscription offerings
- Ongoing enhancements to our SharePoint Online product catalog
There is a lot of good coming our way, and I couldn’t be more proud of how this team responded to a difficult year with grit, creativity, and unwavering commitment.
