New Web Parts: My Alert by Bamboo and My Alert Manager by Bamboo

Two new web parts are in development and scheduled for release before the end of the year:

• My Alert by Bamboo – Designed for end users, this web part makes it easy to set up and manage personal alerts directly from a SharePoint list or library. (Figure 1.)
• My Alert Manager by Bamboo – Gives end users visibility into all of their alerts, with simple edit and delete options for easy management.

Together, these interfaces provide a user-friendly experience that goes beyond what the classic SharePoint Alerts ever offered.
