In this article, we’ll show you how to add new, edit, or delete an event of MS Exchange on Calendar Plus Web Part.
After configuring MS Exchange on Calendar Plus Web Part, the result should be as below:
New Event
To add a new event, go to MS Exchange Calendar, and create a new event (Ex: create an event on 3/23/2016):
After the timer job runs, the new event will display on Calendar Plus Web Part:
Edit Event
To edit an event, go to MS Exchange Calendar, double click on an event to open the event, and then edit it (Ex: edit an event on 3/23/2016):
After the timer job runs, the event will be updated on Calendar Plus Web Part:
Delete Event
To delete an event, go to MS Exchange Calendar, and delete the event (Ex: delete an event on 3/23/2016):
After the timer job runs, the event will be deleted from Calendar Plus Web Part:
Notes: You can get the timer job to run now by going to Central Administration -> Check job status -> find Bamboo Calendar Sync Data Exchange Timer Job and press Run Now (this works well when the timer job runs a recurring schedule for at least 30 minutes after MS Exchange has been configured on Calendar Plus Web Part).
