This Week in Bamboo (October 24th, 2010 – October 30th, 2010)

For this week in Bamboo, we continued rolling out many patches using our new version of Web License Manager 1.3.2 and fixed some bugs for some products of SharePoint 2007.  For more details about the list of patches and bugs fixed, please see below.

HW03 Tree View Web Part Release 1.7.29

HW05 Alert Plus Web Part Release 3.0.55

Bug Fixes:

• Internal bug fixes to support for SharePoint Product Management Central SA12 R2.0
• Alerts stop firing out for a list if we set up more than 4 alert items for the list. Alert Event. Receiver Data exceed 256 character limits.
• Lookup column with CAML query.

HW11A List Search Simple Release 1.8.51

Bug Fixes:

• Display event item in daylight save time month.
• Improper Logging location.

List Rollup Grid View Known Issues:

• Cannot filter [Me] after filter datetime in Setting of GridView 

List Rollup Grid View Limitations:

• Sorting does not work across lists.  See also R5.0.63 Limitation section.

The following known issues List Rollup 5.0.63 Grid View and Schema web parts are fixed in current release:

• Cannot filter All Day Event in CAML Query (Design Mode).
• List Rollup GridView – Cannot filter data with [Today] and [Me] on Calendar List if recurrence is enable. Filter function doesn’t work for all columns if recurrence is enable.
• Runtime filtering for Data type = percent number, Currency (when decimal >1), Date Time, YesNo does not work correct when using Contains or StartsWith operator.
• List Rollup Schema – Bamboo Validator have a space between number and % character. 

HW27 Chart Plus Web Part Release 2.5.41

Bug Fixes:

• Cannot use Dynamic filter function while applying static filter in the tool pane for List Rollup mode.
• Receiving error “Object reference not set to an instance of an object” during using the web part in SharePoint Product Management Central SA12.

Limitations:

• SP List or List Rollup data source connection needs to be in the same web app.
• Data viewer web part – not sorting when using groups.
• When export to excel, the columns are not shown as they were in the list.  
• The excel export puts Time information in to the Date fields.
• The sort is working as text instead of numeric.

HW41J Bamboo KPI Column Release 1.3.40
