Bug Fixes:

• When upgrading from Microsoft Office SharePoint Services 2007 (MOSS 2007) to SharePoint 2010, it displays an error message during the pre-upgrade check:
  Event manager error: Could not load file or assembly Bamboo.VideoLibrary, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=2cc91efae2d531be’ or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified
  Users must upgrade to Version 1.3.15, go to Video Library Advanced Settings, and click OK.
• After upgrading from R1.2 to R1.3, video playback does not work correctly. Clicking the video thumbnail directs customers to a blank bamboo. Youtube player window. Playback works normally in the Display Form of the item.
• Bamboo Video Library does not generate thumbnails for specific file formats.
• MP4 files do not play in Microsoft Silverlight.
