For this week in Bamboo, Grants Management Solution Accelerator Release 1.5 for SharePoint 2013 and minor release of List Search Advanced Web Part Release 1.9 for SharePoint 2010 was released to the storefront along with the following patches: Custom Identifier Column, List Search Simple Web Part, List Rollup Web Part, and List Search Simple and Advanced Pack. SA02 Grants Management Solution Accelerator for SharePoint 2013 Release 1.5.26.2013

Initial Release on Microsoft Windows SharePoint Foundation 2013 and Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2013.

This build runs on SharePoint Foundation 2013 and SharePoint Server 2013. This release contains the same functionality as the equivalent version number of the SharePoint 2010 build of this product.

Known Issues:

•    The Alert Plus Web Part Mail Format Tab is not accessible from Google Chrome or Safari browsers.
•    Opening the right-click context menu on a Document Library item displays the new icon indicator.
•    The List Rotator Web Part displays a JavaScript error if the Site Name contains an apostrophe (‘).

Limitations:

•    DateTime format changes from the Regional Settings are not supported (Workaround: Edit the DateTime format in XSL using SharePoint Designer on the Budgets and Master List of Grants pages).
•    Creating a new item in the Budget Transaction list with a Title name containing an apostrophe (‘) may display a JavaScript error.

HW11B List Search Advanced Web Part for SharePoint 2010 Release 1.9.51

New Features:

•  Allow users the option to filter and sort search results using the column headings.
•  Added gridlines to the search results Print Preview function.

Bug Fixes:

• Lines of code appear in the page header when inserting the web part to the page published using Unified Access Gateway (UAG).
• “The webpage cannot be found” message is displayed when attempting to open the document with the file name containing a plus sign (+).

Known Issues:

• Web Part does not support Calculated (Yes/No) columns when connected to a List Rollup Classic data source (List Rollup Limitation).
• The Web Part interface does not support filtering using column headings when connected to a List Rollup Classic data source.
• The positioning of the OK, Cancel, and Apply buttons in the web part editor may display incorrectly in Internet Explorer 11.
• Search returns a JavaScript error if the list source name or site name contains a special character when connected to a List Rollup data source using Bamboo Aggregation Service.
• List Search web part does not inherit the “Group By” settings configured in the current list view.

New Limitations:

• None

HW41H Custom Identifier Column for SharePoint 2010 Release 1.0.80

Bug Fixes:

• Creation of a new item in the Bamboo Custom Identifier Column fails after upgrading that from version 1.0.45.
• Custom ID column does not show value properly when creating a new document set.
• The error “The security validation for this page is invalid…” is displayed when adding the Custom Identifier Column to the ‘Project Central Tasks’ content type.
