This week in Bamboo, the following patches were released to the storefront: Calendar Plus Web Part, List Search Simple, Cross-Site Display Web Part, and Workflow Conductor.  For more details about this week’s releases, please see the list below.

HW20 Calendar Plus Web Part for SharePoint 2010 Release 4.7.60 (File version 40.7.60) and SharePoint 2013 Release 40.7.93.2013 (File version 40.7.93.2013)

Bug Fixes:

• Removed extra color coding and source names from calendar legends and events for List Rollup, SQL, and BCS data sources.
• The Exchange Web Services (EWS Managed API) install package is no longer a required component for the first-time install
• Password expiration prompt is displayed when the Exchange account password needs to be updated in the web part settings.
• Calendar Plus runtime filters not functioning after upgrading to Calendar Plus R4.7.40/R4.7.74.2013.

New Limitations:

• After upgrading or migrating from Calendar Plus R4.7.40/ R4.7.74.2013 connected to an Exchange data source to Calendar Plus R4.7.60/R4.7.90.2013 or newer, please restart the SharePoint Timer Service and then the Internet Information Services (IIS).
• After installing or removing the Exchange Web Services (EWS Managed API) component, restart the SharePoint Timer Service and then the Internet Information Services (IIS) to enable/disable the Microsoft Exchange tab in the web part settings.

New Known Issues:

• Adding a new event from the toolbar after enabling “Launch forms in a dialog” from the SharePoint List Settings displays a JavaScript error.
• After upgrading to Calendar Plus R4.7.60/R4.7.90.2013, custom list views are not displayed as runtime filter options (Workaround: From the SharePoint Lists or Libraries web part setting, open the Edit/View popup, then click Save and Close).
• The border CSS properties do not appear in the web part after upgrading to Calendar Plus R4.7.60/R4.7.90.2013 (Workaround: Edit the web part, select a different skin and edit the CSS)

HW11A List Search Simple for SharePoint 2010 Release 2.5.100 (File version 20.5.100) and SharePoint 2013 Release 2.5.100.2013 (File version 20.5.100.2013)

Bug Fixes:

• Searching lists containing more than 40,000 items may cause a page timeout error.
• Editing document properties from the SharePoint Document Library Web Part displays an “unexpected error” message if List Search Simple exists on the same page.
• Search results exported to Excel contain a blank row on the top of the spreadsheet.

New Known Issues:

• Search results exported to Excel may display the incorrect date and time format for some SharePoint regional settings.

HW63 Cross-Site Display Web Part for SharePoint 2013 Release 1.2.58.2013 (File version 10.2.58.2013)

Bug Fixes

• Web Part displays an error when an item in a lookup column is clicked.
• Web Part displays an error if a library view is grouped in a field and contains a document that does not inherit library permissions.

No new limitations or known issues.

SA08 Workflow Conductor for SharePoint 2010 Release 4.0.4 (File version 40.0.4)

Bug Fixes:

• A workflow error occurs if the workflow is started automatically and is attempting to get the Resources column value on a Group Calendar list.
• The Conditional Branch widget may cause an error for false conditions when comparing a current item field to a field lookup on a different list.
• Workflow variables containing spaces may not store data.
• Variables and Workflow names fields are cleared after publishing workflows to a site or site collection.
• Content types are not copied over when moving files from one site collection to another using the Copy-Item or Move-Item widgets.
• The Create Item widget errors when copying multiple lines of text data beginning with an asterisk (*).
• Email notifications from the Collect Data from User and Request Approval widgets contain broken links to the workflow form if the Form Library list name contains a blank space.
• The latest version and metadata get duplicated across all versions after moving items using the Move widget.
• Updated Web Licensing Manager (Version 2.0.12.6).

New limitations:

• The workflow displays an error if the value of the variable in the Calculate widget contains quotation marks.

SA08 Workflow Conductor for SharePoint 2013 Release 4.0.3.2013 (File version 40.0.3.2013)

Bug Fixes:

• The Conditional Branch widget may cause an error for false conditions when comparing a current item field to a field lookup on a different list.
• Workflow variables containing spaces may not store data.
• Templates imported from Workflow Conductor R3.5 to 4.0.1 are blank.
• Variables and Workflow names fields are cleared after publishing workflows to a site or site collection.
