PowerShell script: Delete all items in a List

If you want to delete all items in your list, but still need to keep the structure for Columns, Content Types, and Views, you should use this PowerShell script. In this article, we’ll show you how to delete all items in your list in a few clicks and without having to log on to your site.

How does it work?

Example: Below is a document library named “MyDocument”. Our aim is to delete all items.

Step 1: Click here to download: DeleteAllItems.ps1

Run DeleteAllItems.ps1 file with PowerShell.

Step 2: Input your chosen parameters as pictured below and click Enter.

Step 3: Go to your site and check out the results.
