Guest Blog by Women in SharePoint’s Cathy Dew: Best Practices 2010 Live Bloggers Needed!

Women in SharePointBest Practices Conference (BPC) attendees, are you bringing a laptop with you? Can you type?

We will feature live blogging again this year, and are looking for some volunteers to help us by blogging sessions during the conference.

Live blogging gives the BPC a wider audience, reaching out to include people who are not able to attend. Bloggers only need to have a laptop and be willing to type comments, notes, and/or quotes, or upload pictures into a live stream of the event. No previous blogging experience is required, and all conference attendees are encouraged to participate. Viewers will be able to interact and make comments as well as ask questions in response to your live blogs.

Women in SharePoint (WSP), a community sponsor of the BPC in partnership with Bamboo Nation, will be coordinating live blogging of the event and teaming up with Bamboo to provide additional media coverage. WSP would like to invite all attendees of the BPC to participate in live blogging. Participation is voluntary and completely free!

Please register here: http://bpc10liveblogging.eventbrite.com/, and we look forward to seeing you at the conference!
