Bamboo Announces Developer Subscription Program; Full, Single-user Licenses for Entire Microsoft SharePoint-based Product Line

Bamboo Technical Library allows customers to build proof-of-concept solutions and application prototypes in SharePoint

Bamboo Solutions, the leading provider of technologies that enhance Microsoft SharePoint, announced today the availability of the Bamboo Technical Library (Bamboo TechLib). A software subscription program that gives SharePoint IT professionals and developers access to the entire range of Bamboo products for development and testing purposes. Additionally, the subscription includes software licenses, basic support, access to online tutorials and technical resources, utilities, Bamboo Labs, and early access to product updates and new releases.

A Bamboo TechLib subscription includes complete single-server non-production licenses for all Bamboo Web Parts, Accelerators, and Applications (such as SharePoint Project Management Central). It also includes a license for Workflow ConductorTM, Bamboo’s application suite designed to extend business process automation in SharePoint. Product licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be easily extended for multiple years. Licenses are provided for both the SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint 2010 editions of Microsoft SharePoint.

“Our customers asked us for a more flexible way to access our complete software library as they develop and prototype increasingly sophisticated SharePoint-based solutions,” said Michael Tanner, CEO of Bamboo Solutions. “Bamboo TechLib provides our customers access to the entire Bamboo library to quickly build functional no-code application prototypes, test proof-of-concept solutions, and validate employee productivity gains.”

Finally, Bamboo Technical Library is available for purchase via the Bamboo website. The price of the annual subscription is $2,500 per user and is limited to non-production servers only. Basic support is included in the pricing.
