The SharePoint Wiki Import and Export solution provides end-users with a powerful tool to create a wiki page directly from the content of a Microsoft Word document, and to export wiki pages to a PDF. Users can import the contents of a document from Word (Doc, Docx) to the SharePoint Wiki Library, including style, tables, images, index, etc, and export single- or multipage wikis too. PDF files quickly and easily.
How does it work?
Import to the wiki page from a Word document
After you have installed the SharePoint Wiki Import and Export, follow the steps outlined below:

- Go to the Wiki Library where you want to create the wiki page.
- From the General Settings section, select Bamboo SharePoint Wiki settings.

- Under the Wiki images storage section, select a Library in the drop-down list to store the images for your wiki page. This library can be either a document library or a picture library. We will store all images from the imported document to this library and link them to the wiki page.

- Click OK.
- From the New menu in your wiki library, select the menu action “Import from MS Word Document” to import a Word document to a wiki page:

- On the Import page, click the Browse button to select your Word document. Enter a wiki Page Name and then click the “Import” button:

- Your Word document will begin importing to the wiki page.

Export single or multi Wiki page to PDF

- Go to the wiki library containing the wiki page you wish to export.
- Select the wiki page to export.

- You can select a wiki page for export by two methods:
- From the Edit Control block, select Export to PDF to export the wiki page.

- Click the OK button to begin the export. The PDF file will be generated shortly.

- Go to the wiki library containing the wiki pages you wish to export.
- From the Action Menu, select Export to PDF to export multipage wikis.

- Input the desired. PDF file name.
- Select wiki pages to export.
- Configure Export Options and Page Layout.
- Click the Export button to begin the export process.

SharePoint Environment
- The SharePoint Wiki Import and Export have been designed for both WSS v3.0 and MOSS 2007.
- The SharePoint Wiki Import and Export product doesn’t require MS Office or Open Office libraries to be present on the SharePoint server.
- This is a Site collection scope feature. If it is activated at the site collection, then all wiki page libraries in the site collection will have the Import/Export options.
Limitations
- Unable to create bookmarks in the exported. PDF file.
