In Microsoft Project, you don’t have “fixed resources,” as I wrote in my last entry. You have “fixed units.”
Fixed task work, resources, and duration are likely to change as you alter the ratios. For each task, you can only have one fixed thing.
When you’re plugging in the dates for your project into Microsoft Project, you can only schedule from the start date OR from the finish date.
