For years now, SharePoint IT Pros and developers have leveraged Bamboo products to build better SharePoint solutions at significant cost savings and with faster turnaround times. They now have one more tool at their disposal. Well, to be more accurate, it’s actually one really big collection of over sixty-five tools. Bamboo is launching a brand new program called the Bamboo Technical Library™. The Bamboo TechLib™ is a software subscription program that gives anyone building SharePoint solutions access to the full portfolio of Bamboo products. This includes all of Bamboo’s Web Parts, Solution Accelerators, Applications, and Tools. The Bamboo TechLib™ will also provide program members with access to Bamboo Labs, online resources, utilities, early access to product updates, and solution building support.
Whether you’re an organization looking to quickly test proof-of-concept solutions or create proven stable no-code solutions for your customers, the Bamboo Technical Library stands ready to help you do so. You can use the products in the TechLib to prototype and test pre-production solutions or to validate employee productivity gains prior to deployment – all without the hassle of engaging in time-limited product trials.
The Bamboo TechLib™ is for non-production use and a one-year subscription to the program can be purchased for $2500. The program subscription includes full single server licenses to all Bamboo Web Parts, Accelerators, and Applications. This includes both SharePoint Project Management Central and Workflow Conductor. Product licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be easily extended for multiple years. TechLib customers can obtain developer support through online product forums and also receive limited support from the Bamboo support team. As an added bonus, future special offers will be extended to program members to allow them to purchase discounted production server licenses through the Bamboo Storefront.

A special note for Bamboo Suite customers… If you are interested in non-production licenses, then you will want to speak with a Bamboo account representative before purchasing a subscription to the Bamboo TechLib™. Depending on your needs, it may be more cost-effective to purchase production licenses for your staging, test, and development servers directly from the Bamboo sales department.
