Bamboo’s User Registration Accelerator for SharePoint 2013 provides a simple way for users to request account creation. After entering an email address and any other required account information, custom business logic takes over. The email address gets checked against filtering rules and, if approved, a verification email is sent to the user. New accounts can be assigned to a specific Organizational Unit (OU), and any AD Security Groups and SharePoint Groups desired all based on predefined rules IT admins, and all without them having to lift a finger.
